Set that against eight flexible ICE tickets (current fares on bahn.de) and the maths is quickly done. For groups the rule is: the price per vehicle is divided by heads, not multiplied.

Larger Groups: Multi-Vehicle Coordination
From 8 people we coordinate several vehicles with the same pickup time and destination — including one contact person for the whole group and invoices for company accounting. State headcount, luggage, and special needs (child seats!) in your enquiry.
Tips for Group Organisers
- Provide all participants' flight numbers — we time the pickup to the latest landing, and every pickup includes 90 minutes of free waiting time.
- Communicate the meeting point clearly: arrivals hall, name board with the group name.
