"Meet & Greet" sounds like luxury, but above all it is one thing: the absence of stress. Here is how a pickup with FrankfurtRide actually works.
Step 1: We Track Your Flight
From takeoff we monitor your flight number. If the aircraft lands early or late, the pickup shifts automatically — you do not need to report anything.
Step 2: Your Driver Waits in the Arrivals Hall
After passport control, baggage, and customs you enter the public arrivals hall (Terminal 1 or Terminal 3). There your driver stands with a board showing your name — clearly visible at the exit. The exact position is in your booking confirmation.
Step 3: Luggage & Car
The driver helps with the suitcases and walks you to the car, parked a few minutes away. At Terminal 1, Fraport currently limits stopping on the arrivals level because of construction work and asks people collecting passengers to use the departures level or the terminal car parks, so a short walk to the car is normal. No taxi rank, no app, no hunting through a parking garage.
The difference between a taxi and meet & greet is the moment you enter the hall — and someone is expecting you.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Cannot find the driver? The confirmation contains their mobile number — a call or WhatsApp solves it. Baggage delayed? The driver waits: flight delays are covered by flight tracking, and every pickup includes 90 minutes of free waiting time.
Who Is It For?
Anyone who has no appetite for logistics after an 8-hour flight — especially families, first-time visitors, and business travellers with appointments. Pick your vehicle in our fleet; booking takes two minutes.
