Heimtextil 2027: Dates
The next Heimtextil runs from 12 to 15 January 2027 at Messe Frankfurt. As one of the first major fairs of the year, it draws a large international crowd in the depths of winter — so reliable transport matters. The 2026 edition drew 48,000 visitors from 133 countries.
From the Airport to the Halls

Plan Ahead
- Book early — Heimtextil opens the fair year and fills the city.
- Allow for winter weather; a transfer avoids cold platforms and waits.
- Confirm your terminal: Terminal 2 closed to passengers on 9 June 2026, so all flights use Terminal 1 or the new Terminal 3.
