Your dog rides too — say so at booking and it's arranged
Most Frankfurt taxis decide about your dog when the door opens; we decide it with you at booking. Declare the pet — size, carrier or harness, shedding realist or not — and the vehicle is prepared before pickup: a protective blanket down, space planned in the right part of the car, and a driver who knew a dog was coming and is fine with it.
The pet goes into the booking like a passenger: species, size, carrier or loose. You get a confirmation that includes the animal — not a shrug at the kerb.
A blanket protects the seat or boot area, and for larger dogs the Business Van offers a flat, secure space that a saloon boot cannot — decided before the day, not improvised on it.
Small animals travel best in their own carrier, secured on the seat; larger dogs ride harnessed or in the van's boot area, as German road rules require animals to be secured.
Flying into FRA with a pet that travelled in the hold? Your driver meets you with a name sign, and 90 minutes of free waiting covers the extra time animal collection at cargo or baggage takes.
Beyond the airport, the same setup covers clinic visits, kennel drop-offs before a trip, and the long ride to a new home in another city with the whole household aboard.
One pet per booking is straightforward; several animals, very large breeds or long routes get a quick confirmation from us so the right vehicle is assigned — always before you pay.
Add the animal when you book — size, carrier, quirks — and the right car is prepared before pickup.
